MELON BUN BREAD...........VERY VERY NICE BREAD... LUV IT SO MUCH






180 GM BREAD FLOUR
20 GM BREAD FLOUR
5 GM YEAST
120 GM WATER
30 GM FINE SUGAR
20 GM EGG
1 TBSP FULL CREAM MILK POWDER
1/2 TSP SALT
10 GM SHORTENING

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS INTO MIXING BOWL EXCEPT SALT N SHORTENING
MIX WELL ADD SALT N SHORTENING
MIX TO A SOFT DOUGH
REST DOUGH FOR 30 MINS
DIVIDE TO 50 GM EACH AND SHAPE IT ROUND
REST FOR 20 MINS
ROLL THE TOPPING AND PUT ON THE BREAD DOUGH N CUT CRISSCROSS
COAT WITH SUGAR . PROOF 20 MINS
BAKE AT 180c FOR 15 MINS

TOPPING:
90 GM BUTTER
90 GM FINE SUGAR
1 EGG
225 HONG KONG FLOUR
1/2 TSP MELON FLAVOUR
30 GM MELON SEED POWDER
MIX WELL N PUT IN FRIDGE BEF USING
