SAUCES

VANILLA SAUCE

500 GM MILK
80 GM SUGAR
5 EGG YOLKS
1/2 VANILLA ESS

BRING THE MILK TO BOIL
PREMIX EGG YOLK AND SUGAR TILL WELL BLENDED
STIR IN BOILED MILK
STIR OVER LOW HEAT TILL THICKENS
ADD IN VANILLA ESS, LET IT COOL



STRAWBERRY SAUCE

300 GM STRAWBERRIES
60 GM SUGAR

PLACE STRAWBERRIES IN BLENDER
BLEND TILL FINE
COOK INGREDIENTS TILL BOILS AND SUGAR DISSOLVES
SET ASIDE TO COOL OFF




CHOCOLATE SAUCE

250 GM MILK
250 GM WHIPPING CREAM
250 GM DARK CHOCOLATE

BOIL MILK AND CREAM
REMOVE FROM HEAT
ADD IN CHOCOLATE AND STIR WELL
SET ASIDE TO COOL
