BLACK SESAME PASTRY

71 GM BUTTER ( ROOM TEMP)
38 GM ICING SUGAR
15 GM EGG
86 GM CAKE FLOUR
30 GM BLACK SESAME POWDER ( NO SUGAR )
10 GM FRIED WHITE SESAME - ROASTED

METHOD
BEAT BUTTER AND ICING TILL LIGHT
ADD IN BEATEN EGG SLOWLY
ADD IN FLOUR SLOWLY INTO MIX TO FORM A DOUGH
DIVIDE INTO 12 GM EACH
PLACE DOUGH IN THE CENTRE OF THE MOULD
BAKE AT 150C FOR 30 MINS
TO PREVENT BURN 5 MINS BEF DONE, COVER COOKIES WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL
