2 TBSPS LIQUID GLUCOSE
300 GM CONDENSED MILK
150 GM BUTTER

B.
200 GM PECAN -ROASTED - CHOPPED

C
250 GM COOKING CHOCOLATE MELTED

GREASE 9" SQUARE PAN
COOK A OVER MEDIUM HEAT TILL SUGAR DISSOLVES
STIR CONSTANTLY TILL REACHES SOFT BALL

REMOVE FROM HEAT, STIR FEW MINUTES ADD IN CHOPPED B

POUR INTO PAN,
SPREAD C ON TOP
LEAVE TO SET
