PEANUT PASTRY.......KOLEKSI KUIH DARI TAIWAN ......



PEANUT PASTRY

66 GM BUTTER (ROOM TEMP)
40 GM ICING SUGAR
18 GM EGG
16 GM MILK POWDER
67 GM CAKE FLOUR
33 GM PEANUT POWDER - SIEVE
10 GM CHOPPED PEANUT


BEAT BUTTER AND ICING SUGAR UNTIL LIGHT
ADD EGG SLOWLY
ADD IN CAKE FLOUR/MILK POWDER
THEN PEANUTS TO FORM A DOUGH
DIVIDE INTO 12 GM EACH
PLACE DOUGH IN THE CENTRE OF MOULD
BAKE AT 150C FOR 30 MINS
