4 EGGS
5 EGG YOLKS
140 GM FINE SUGAR
125 GM GROUND HAZELNUT
80 GM PLAIN FLOUR
80 GM SUNFLOWER SEED
80 GM PUMPKIN SEED
1/2 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
100 GM MELTED BUTTER

WHIP EGGS AND SUGAR TILL LIGHT N FLUFFY
FOLD IN DRIED INGREDIENTS, LASTLY MELT BUTTER
POUR INTO 2 TRAYS IF 9 X 1 AND 10 X 1
BAKE ON 180C FOR 25-30 MINS

FILLING

125 GM BUTTER
500 GM UHT MILK
200 GM FINE SUGAR
BOIL N COOL DOWN

65 ML LEMON JUICE
22 GM GELATINE POWDER
500 ML WHIPPING CREAM
1 CAN DARK SWEET CHERRIES (WITHOUT JUICE)

DOUBLE BOIL JUICE N GELATINE POWDER'
BEAT CREAM TILL FLUFFY
MIX WELL CREAM N GELATINE

SPREAD 1/2 CREAM ON 9" TRAY, SPREAD WITH SOME CHERRIES
TOP WITH 9" CAKE THEN SPREAD WITH CREAM AGAIN, REPEAT TILL TOP WITH 10" CAKE BEF FREEZE FOR 6 HRS....
